Adobe Authorized Quickstart Training
Ascend offers the highest quality Adobe classroom training in the industry. We are now offering 1 day introductory Adobe classes in addition to our 2 through 5 day format. These classes will enable students to get up and running in such applications as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver. Designed for those with little or no exposure to the application, this is a perfect place to start for those needing to learn Adobe applicaitons.
Each Quickstart student receives a 50% credit toward the full InDepth workshop.

Adobe Authorized Training
Ascend offers Adobe Authorized training at our Chicago Loop, Deerfield and onsite. All our instructors bring their real world experience to the classroom, and go through rigorous testing to become Adobe Certified Experts and Adobe Certified Instructors.
Adobe Quickstart Training from Ascend
Our 1-day quickstart training offers hands-on, introductory classroom
training in a 1-day format. Students experience the same Adobe Authorized
instructors, and each student is provided their own Mac or PC to use
during class. Upon completion, students receive a 50% credit toward
further InDepth training classes in the same application.

All Quickstart students receive a 50% credit toward the accompanying InDepth class. These classes are suggested for those who only have time or budget for 1 day, or those who are interested in the InDepth classes, but who want to cover the basics first.

This beginners' Adobe Photoshop class will teach you the basics of working and manipulating pixel-based images. You will learn about JPG, GIF, TIF and PSD files, learn to work with layers, and manipulate and create images. |

This fundamental InDesign course will teach you to create documents for print or PDF. You will understand the layout and editing features to create text, import graphics, and work with multiple pages. |

Our introductory Adobe Illustrator course will teach you the basics of working with vector based illustrations. You will learn how to modify existing images such as logos, transform objects, and work with text. |

This beginners' Adobe Dreamweaver course will enable you to create web pages, format text, import graphics and understand hyperlinks. You will learn how to upload and test your website. |

This introductory class will enable you to have a solid understanding of the core Flash CS4 featues, and edit animations. You will learn to import graphics for motion, and understand key features such as timelines and keyframes. |
*Note that the 1 day Quickstart classes do not include a free retake as our other InDepth classes do. Unlike our InDepth classes, these classes offer handouts instead of a book. Students have 9 months to apply the 50% credit toward our InDepth classes.
