		<description><![CDATA[From what I can tell, Adobe is trying to solve the same needs with both tool sets. The advantage Reflow has, is the ability to ignore previous Dreamweaver workflows and application bloat. Dreamweaver has had 16 years to build up features that are then hard to remove.

Reflow on the other hand does not produce production-ready code. It is a very visually oriented tool, but the code still has to be handed to someone who knows where to place it, reorganize and often rename it. It produces the CSS properties, but does not include all the needed selectors for most web design needs.
