Adobe Photoshop CS5 Level 1: Fundamentals to Intermediate
This class is for all levels of Photoshop user. Seasoned users may wish to take this class to fill in "holes" or rid themselves of bad habits in their Photoshop usage. Students will learn about Photoshop Layers, Smart Objects, Text, Gradients, Adjustment Layers and more. Adobe Photoshop CS5 for Digital Photographers
This course is designed to help companies and individuals learn the required skills to start making their own photographs for commercial use. We’ll cover the subjects of choosing the right camera for the job, how to light and photograph both flat artwork and 3-D artwork, why and how to work in camera raw, how to color manage your workflow, and how to prepare photographs to go to press.

Online: Adobe Photoshop CS4 Level 1
This online class is for all levels of Photoshop users. Those new to Photoshop will get up to speed quickly, and seasoned users will fill holes in their knowledge. Students will learn about resolution, file formats, layers, channels, masking and more. Full projects are completed from start to finish, and ample time is allotted for student/teacher interaction. Students that take this online class receive a $150 credit toward any hands-on classes at Ascend.
Online: Adobe Photoshop CS4 Level 2
This online class is for those who are familiar with Photoshop and who want to take their knowledge to the next level. Students learn about Retouching, Masks and Channels, Vector Drawing, Color Correction, 3D effects and more. Building upon current Photoshop skills, students learn to take advantage of the more intricate aspects of Photoshop. Students who take this online class receive a $150 credit toward any hands-on class at Ascend.
Photoshop CS4 Tips & Tricks...
The Photoshop plugin Eye Candy is still alive and kicking! This set of 30 Photoshop filters helps to create everything from web interfaces to natural elements that adapt to all different image sizes.
All filters now are non-destructive and automatically apply to a new, blank layer.

Adobe Photoshop is the standard imaging application in the Graphic Design industry. Photoshop offers users the ability to edit images in sophisticated and efficient ways from color correction, shadow/highlights, and contrast to bezier curves, alpha-channels, and masks. Photoshop provides powerful data tools to work with images including polygons depicting specific wavelengths and arrangements of colors.

About Ascend's Training Programs
Ascend Training has offered the highest quality Adobe Authorized classes in the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Indiana areas since 1998. We are constantly offering the newest versions of all Adobe software training classes upon realease. We currently offer all CS4 classes, but will offer Adobe CS5 and CS6 classes upon release by Adobe. This includes Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Adobe InDesign CS5, Adobe Illustrator CS6 and all Adobe future upgrades. Adobe has not announced any dates for any future upgrades.
Ascend Training will offer classes in Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Adobe Illustrator CS5, Adobe InDesign CS5, Adobe Premiere CS5, Adobe InCopy CS5 and the entire Adobe Creative Suite. No release date has been set by Adobe.
When released, Ascend Training will offer clases in: Adobe Dremweaver CS5 Classes, Adobe Photoshop CS5 Classes, Adobe InDesign CS5 Classes, Adobe Photoshop CS5 Classes, Adobe Illustrator CS5 Classes, Adobe Bridge CS5 Classes and the entire Creative Suite 5 when it is released. Ascend has no information on release dates, or if Adobe is planning to continue the Creative Suite past version CS4
